Lovely Apartment
Comfortable apartment with excellent location - 2 to 3 minutes walk to: lift pass office; Transarc ski lift; Villards bus station. Well equipped. Warm apartment with radiators in all rooms. Plenty of hot water.

Great Location for a ski trip to Les Arc 1800
We booked this apartment due to the size and the location . We were not disappointed the apartment had plenty of space for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped. We could have done with a washing machine but it wasn't a great issue

Quasiment ski aux pieds, a 2 pas de tous les commerces, l'appartement est spacieux avec une partie espaces communs et une partie nuit séparées. Cuisine toute équipée et un grand balcon au calme. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l'appartement. Il est bien situé, fonctionnel, propre et agréable. La communication avec le propriétaire a toujours été excellente et réactive. Pour chercher la petite bête, il nous a juste manqué une grande casserole supplémentaire pour cuisiner confortablement pour 8 :-) Nous recommandons l'appartement sans hésiter!

Espace parfait pour 6 personnes et sûrement acceptable pour 8 personnes avec un espace repas et salon très correct., deux SDB, la proximité du départ du TRANSARC sans montée depuis le local à ski. Seul point noir il y a un escalier pour descendre au 1er niveau depuis le 2ème ou s’arrête l’ascenseur. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été excellent.

Un séjour absolument parfait. On se sent comme chez soi dans cet appartement spacieux, chaleureux, décoré avec goût, très bien agencé, très bien situé. Le garage compris dans le prix de la location est un plus très appréciable.

L'appartement est conforme à la description : très bien situé à 2 pas de toutes les commodités avec garage en sous sol, entièrement rénové et très propre avec des équipements de qualité. Parfait pour séjour au ski
L'appartement est très fonctionnel, propre, et en bon état. L'immeuble est au calme, l'appartement donne derrière, il n'y a pas de vis a à vis ou de promeneurs. Nous étions 6, c'était parfait avec les deux salles de bain. Pour 8, c'est possible, mais ça doit être compliqué pour gérer le coin montagne qui se trouve dans l'entrée. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et les équipements en état de marche. L'emplacement est idéal, à 200 m des remontées mécaniques, du centre commercial des Villards et des navettes. La communication est facile et rapide avec le propriétaire et avec l'agence. Bref, location au top, allez-y les yeux fermés.

Buona soluzione per una settimana bianca
Parto dal presupposto che la casa è praticamente sotto le piste quindi comodità massima. La casa è un po' piccola, ma se non si hanno grosse pretese è ideale per trascorrere una settimana in compagnia. L'annuncio non descrive bene le stanze, una di questa è situata difronte alla porta di accesso ( e questo è riportato) ma un'alta è realizzata in un un'antibagno, del tutto privo di fineste, nella quale si fa fatica a sistemare le valigie. Un'altro piccolo inconveniente è che la casa è da 8 persone ma è disponibile un solo parcheggio, l'altro deve essere prenotato tramite il sito de "les arc" e pagato, dato che i parcheggi gratuiti non ce ne sono (o almeno non nelle vicinanze). Le comunicazioni con il proprietario sono ottime, Ciryl è sempre disponibile per ogni chiarimento e soprattutto è sempre cordiale. Il problema è l'agenzia con cui si interfaccia per gestire l'appartamento, che è abbastanza scontroso e soprattutto non sa darti informazioni relative all'appartamento e nemmeno ti aiuta ad interfacciarsi con il propietario anzi ti sollecitano a farlo personalmente.

Bel appartement, fonctionnel et très bien situé
L'appartement est très agréable et très bien rénové. la vue sur les sapins enneigés était très appréciée par tous en cette période de Noël Les salle de bain, la cuisine et le séjour sont très agréables et d'un niveau de qualité rare dans ce type de location. La réactivité du propriétaire aux questions posées est également très appréciable. Seul petit bémol : le rangement dans les chambres est un peu trop juste. Une des photos peut laisser penser qu'il y a un grand placard : or, celui-ci est réservé à l'usage du propriétaire. Ceci devrait être précisé dans l'annonce ainsi que le fait que 2 des chambres ne sont pas complètement indépendantes puisqu'il faut passer par l'une pour accéder à l'autre.
