Further full-height windows and patio doors to the dining and kitchen areas really bring the outside in. A beautiful, fitted kitchen has everything a cook could need, and the extensive breakfast bar makes mealtimes a thoroughly social experience. On the first floor, there are two generous bedrooms - the master bedroom offering a flexible configuration with 3' single beds or a 6ft zip-and-link and a luxurious en-suite shower room plus a Juliet balcony overlooking the rear garden. The second double bedroom, with a full en-suite bathroom with shower over, offers a king-size double bed.

Parking - One dedicated parking space at the front of the property. Further parking available on-street on a first-come, first-served basis.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Heating. Hairdryer.

Kitchen - Oven / ceramic 4-burner hob, fridge/freezer, built-in microwave, washing machine, wine fridge.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be arranged if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
