Nice condo with community hot tub only steps away. There is plenty of parking and it's located only minutes from Mountain Village. Enjoy the piece and quiet or all of the great outdoor activities the areas has to offer.

This ground flour unit has 1 queen sized bed and a pull out sofa. Pets are welcome as long as long as they are cleaned up after both inside the condo and outside.

The space is smaller than it appears in the listing. Musty smell as it is a daylight-basement unit. Poorly maintained, e.g. screen door doesn't latch, closet door is off the track, coffee maker is broken, etc. Be aware that this unit is cheap for a reason, you will get what you pay for.

Adorable studio = perfect getaway
Affordable. Super easy to book, check in and check out. Great communication and owner is easy going. Wi-Fi was strong and even had a cell signal on site. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness of unit because it wasn’t cleaned to my standards but it was clean. Close to Snowshoe without the crowds.

Besides these few things that gave the impression of a lack of care, it wasn’t bad. 1) There was a full size dehumidifier sitting on the bathroom sink with a full size garden hose obscuring 1/2 the sink for drainage. How many people spit on that hose that you are now trying to rinse your tooth brush around? 2) The heat shield clearly visible behind the couch was just scrap home foam insulation. It looked like it was taken from a construction site and tossed back there. 3) the closet door fell off its track as soon as you try to open it. 4) Random other odd things that looked like they were just thrown in for some unknown reason. 5) Musty smell when we first went in. Owners response was “If you were expecting the Ritz having paid $71.50 a night, I don't know what I can do to help you with that.”

Great little weekend break
Me, my husband and dog loved our stay at overlook. Great little space with everything needed for a few nights. The cabin was a little warm but plenty of fans and an air on unit provided to make it comfortable. Peaceful location with no noise. We used the hot tub after our walk and it was great and clean. Host provided good instructions and responded to messages quickly. Can’t wait to visit. Only recommendation is maybe hit a supermarket before you arrive as it’s a few mile drive to local store or to Snowshoe resort for food.

Disappointing
The description was misleading. The listing implied that there was a living room, bedroom and kitchen with one bath. There was only one room (basement) with a bed and pull out sofa with the kitchen in the end of the room. A portion was walled in on either end for the bathroom and closet. A washer and dryer was also listed, but they were located two buildings away and were coin operated. We were provided four towels for a five night stay and had to pay to wash them. There's some really nice apartments in the complex, but this is not one of them. If the listing had been more direct, I would have looked further for a place to stay.

Great Location & Property.
This property is just outside Snowshoe and is perfect if you are looking to enjoy the entire area. There is a lot to do and see beyond Snowshoe and this property makes that easy. They supply all the basics - just bring your food and normal travel kit and you are ready to go. We were not there during peak season so there were not many people around, but that made it easier to enjoy the great outdoors this region offers.

Nice Affordable Family Getaway
This condo was small, cozy, and budget friendly, which made it an excellent choice. Keep in mind that people usually stay here in the wintertime for skiing, so there is no air conditioning, but you don’t really need it if you keep a fan in the window at night. The Roku TV was a nice amenity as well because you are able to watch Hulu and Netflix without needing to bring a laptop or gaming console. The Wi-Fi worked very well. They also have grocery pickup available, and there is a good little restaurant nearby. Overall very satisfied with our stay. Will stay here again sometime in the winter to try some of those activities.

Weekend get away
Nice weekend get away for our family of four. Clean condo, close and convenient to everything. Chris, the property owner, was quick to answer any question I had as well. The condo had everything we needed in the studio style space - we were able to shop a little and make our own breakfasts without having to bring any appliances or cutlery. The roku was also nice to be able to stream our own shows in the evening.
