We had a group of 13 - six of which went pheasant hunting. We needed a large home and this really met our needs. They had plenty of beds for everyone, enough bathrooms, and it was very well stocked with everything we needed to make meals and they also had seasonings, etc. which was a bonus to not have to pack and bring. It was only a few minutes (15 min. from downtown Sioux Falls) and there was a Walmart store and other conveniences about 3 miles away. The couple of negatives are that this was listed as "pet friendly". It would have been nice to have understood their definition of what that was. Only a couple of days before we were to check in, we learned that pets were not allowed in the house - only in the garage (although we found signs of pets being in the house such as a pet bed). When we arrived, we went into the garage to find two cars parked in there and a very compact area for the dogs to be in in their kennels. It was not heated, so we had to purchase extra blankets, etc. to keep them warm in their kennels. When we inquired, they did tell us where to find a heater in the home which we used, but we had to purchase an extention cord and make our way around the cars to find a plug in. In addition, the home could use a good deep cleaning. When youopen the cupboard doors, there is a lot of dust inside. Also, there were quite a few cobwebs, etc. Overall, it was fine - main disappointment was that the dogs couldn't sleep inside to keep warm.
