"When we first arrived at this cottage, we couldn't believe our eyes. It is a large house but with a cosy cottage feel and is so clean. Upon arrival we found that milk and a bottle of wine had been left in the fridge for us which was a lovely surprise. The house was extremely warm and this was without using the log burner. Everything had been decorated to a high standard and it was a pleasure staying here. Burley itself is a quaint little village with a couple of pubs, tea rooms and a few shops....

"Absolutely wonderful. Not a detail missed and many that I never would have thought of found. Probably the best equipped self-catering spot we’ve stayed at. Nice lounge with large flat screen TV, lovely dining table, big heavy drapes throughout, great collection of books to sift through (Including quite a few on Stonehenge). Very close (at least by car) to Salisbury Cathedral and Stonehenge, easy to find."

"My husband and I celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary with my parents. The Coach House is beautifully decorated! We were lucky with the weather and spent a lot of our evenings in the garden. A previous review mentioned the garden not being secure for their dog. Before booking I checked if this was being rectified as we have 2 Westies. "Location and accommodation was lovely. Owners were lovely although difficult to locate on expiry. Didn’t get to see them to say goodbye. Only downside was the shower/bath in the large rear bedroom did not work as there was no cold water coming through. A thermostatic cartridge problem maybe. So had to share another en-suite!"

"Good communication in advance of arrival, though more clarity on parking may have helped. Unit next to ours had a very loud barking dog which woke us up on a Sunday at 7am unfortunately… and triggered our dog to bark. The walls are quite thin for noise to travel in/out. Aside from that, it was a really great studio with all one would need! It is on a working farm but whilst that means potential activity outside the door, it also means great green-space and farm animals to enjoy as well!!"
