You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Farmstay cabins in Western Australia, close to highway.

Ninghan Park Farm offers farm stay with two self-contained open plan accommodation cabins, sleeping up to six in each.
The property is set on 75 acres, you are welcome to take a stroll around the property.
We are unable to accommodate your fur babies however well behaved.

Each cabin has the following facilities: reverse cycle air-conditioning, kitchen equipped with microwave/ 4 burner gas hob/ pots & electric frypan.
Ensuite, queen bed, set of bunks, trundle bed and sofa bed, television, indoor / outdoor dining. We have a portable cot and high chair available at no extra charge and stunning views included. The cabins are open plan with all linen and towels supplied - just bring your favourite pillow although we supply those as well.
Fantastic views to wake up to with Jet & Bacon (our roosters) providing early morning wake up calls.
Come for an overnight stay or make us your base for local sightseeing.

Close to Geraldton and heritage listed Northampton, ideally situated halfway between Perth, Monkey Mia, Coral Bay or Exmouth.
Nearby attractions include windsurfing at Coronation Beach or fishing at Bowes River and Port Gregory. Surfing also at Bowes River.

Perfect stopover
We stayed on route from Perth to Karratha , it was a perfect stopover with a beautiful outlook, Bonnie came over to greet us and introduce us to her animals, my daughter loved feeding the animals, the accomodation was clean, tidy and very homely and very comfortable beds , we loved our stay thank you and we will definitely stay again

What a lovely place!
We really enjoyed our overnight stay here on the way home from Exmouth. We arrived just as the lambs were about to be fed, which was a bonus! The beds were comfortable and the cabin was nice and warm. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Great little farm stay
Bonnie was amazingly welcoming to her home. This was a great little stop on our way to Shark bay. Her and John were more than happy to show us all the animals and motorbikes. The accomodation was great, was very clean and had everything needed. Her home made shortbreads were a great little touch. Would highly recommend staying here and will stay again in the future.

Perfect stopover
Gorgeous comfortable & very clean farm stay. We stayed here on our way to Coral Bay to break up the driving. We wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay again. Our host was super lovely and very accommodating to our late arrival. Some lovely unexpected touches added to our experience also. Highly recommend.

A Hidden Gem
Everything was provided for a nice, comfortable stay. We stayed one night to break our trip from Carnarvon to Perth, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bonnie and John were very hospitable. They showed us their farm animals which had really cool names. We will definitely stay there again if we get a chance.

Beautiful outback farm stay
Thank you John & Bonnie for letting us stay at your little cabin. Cabin was clean and we had everything we need and beyond. The welcome mangos & chocolate were delicious. Kids love feeding the farm animals and picking figs from the tree. We will come back again for sure.

Fantastic stop over
We stopped in at Bonnies place on our way north from Perth and it was exactly what we needed. We arrived later than expected but Bonnie stayed up to welcome us and show us the cabin. Kids LOVED the personal touch of Easter eggs and us adults were so happy to have a comfy bed after a long drive. The only thing we were disappointed about was that we couldn't stay longer to check out the farm animals! Highly recommend this place and we will be back.

Bonnie is very nice and our kids are so happy when they find the chocolates. Great farm, we enjoyed the "good morning" from Henry and Pirate. Henry enjoyed our carrots! The cabin is spacious and homestyle. Bonnie is so considerate to prepare bottled water. The cabin itself is a little bit "simple" but Bonnie said they bought as it is (no impact on our stay as the spring is quite warm).

A few days get away
Property was as described, for us as a base there was a bit of driving each day but doable. Road noise at night took a bit of getting used to. Host was very friendly and helpful. Loved our homemade chutney, eggs and chocolates (complimentary).

Relaxing farm stay with welcoming host
We stayed twice in a week on the way up to and back from Exmouth for the eclipse. Bonnie is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. She cooked us bacon and eggs while our boys played darts in the old cafe section. Peaceful surrounds (barring occasional traffic sounds of the road trains driving past) with sheep, goats, pigs and chickens. Can definitely recommend this place!
