Welcome to 1347 Park Street #3!
Unit 3 is located on the second floor of this newly remodeled 1905 home that has been divided into 4 separate units. This particular unit is equipped with 1 bedroom (king bed) and 1 bathroom with original exposed brick + original wood work! You can relax in the separate living room/kitchen. Enjoy a short walk to WKU Campus, downtown BG, or a short drive to everything BG has to offer. Need recommendations? JUST ASK

The space
Park Street BG 3, is a quaint upstairs unit. It has a king bed, comfy couch and a TV in the living room. There is not a kitchen table but we do provide 2 side tables that can be used a eating trays.

Guest access
You will have access to your entire unit plus the common areas, including the balcony!

Other things to note
This is a unique space, it is a historical home. There is still some charm and features for anyone that loves old mixed with new will love to see! Something else to note is there are 2 units upstairs and 2 units downstairs, you access your own space by walking in the common areas, so you may meet another guests!
