Gorgeous Brand New Custom 5 Bedroom Ski In / Out Home in Gated Community

This beautiful mountain contemporary home is located within the exclusive gated Edelweiss community, within Boyne Mountain Resort and is able to accommodate up to 16 adults.
The owners have spared no expense when designing and building this amazing ski in/ ski out property - providing direct access to the slopes out the back door. Guests have said this is the best Ski In/ Ski Out home they have ever vacationed in!
Enjoy this home's open floor plan that allows everyone to gather comfortably while enjoying a warm cozy fire, or sitting in the beautiful custom kitchen with a cozy dining nook, granite countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. There is a large screen TV in the living room and a TV throughout most of the bedrooms as well.
Guests have access to a custom built ski room, half bath and a full washer and dryer. There are 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms and 2 Half Bathrooms in total.
This home boasts a spacious master with king bed and en suite bathroom and walk in closet on the main level of the home.
The lower level hosts the following bedrooms / bathrooms:
Bedroom #2 - queen bed
Bedroom #3 - full over full bunkbeds and an additional full bed
Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bathroom
Bedroom #4 queen bed
Bedroom #5 - two twin over twin bunkbeds
Bedrooms #4 and #5 share a full bathroom
The lower level hosts another living area with a big screen TV, large sectional and a table where you can play cards and board games. Enjoy an extensive outdoor living area including a screened in porch, double sided fireplace and fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. Each floor has a dedicated wireless network so you never have to worry about sharing access with the other guests in the resort.

Wonderful house!
We rented this house for a family vacation. It worked out perfectly. When the grandkids were tired skiing they could come to the house easily and the parents could go back out. We could see the chair lift from the window which was nice for the non- skier (me). Would definitely recommend this house.

2nd time at home and perfect stay. Plenty iof space and 2 separate family room areas to congregate. Master bedroom and bath spacious. Only recommendation would ge to install window shades in master bedroom in window above bed as sleep so important on getaway and light is directed into bed. Otherwise absolutely perfect stay.

4 families under one roof - fantastic stay!
We had 4 families (8-adults, 8-kids), and it was a fantastic time. Plenty of space for everyone to not feel crowded. Ski-in/out was very convenient. We would stay again for sure.

Beautiful house but was lacking..
Cons: -All wood floors were filthy! Everyone’s feet were black after 10 minutes of arrival. - 7 light bulbs out on the lower level - lack of instructions on how to use tv/streaming - maintenance arrived in pickup twice during stay… the first time was after we texted about how to turn the tv on. We thought the conversation was over since it was fixed but maintenance still showed up to talk about it in person…. Then maintenance arrived the following day unannounced. After we were hiking all day, we came home around 8:00 and maintenance was there asking if we had power when every light was on in the first floor.. very odd - the amount of cobwebs at every entry door was scary. - upon arrival it was clear they wanted our time of arrival before arriving. When we supplied the info, no one responded. As arrival time was approaching, I was getting nervous that we were not going to gain access codes. Thankfully taylor answered the call when it was 2 hours before Checkin. I understand they need time to clean, but please don’t leave a guest in the dark. Communicate! Pros: - new home - great screened in porch -great fire pit -lots of space

An ideal location, beautiful setting, peaceful, private, easily accessible, with much to do within minutes: hiking, biking, Deer Lake beach, boating, tennis courts, chair lift rides, indoor water park, etc. The property managers did a wonderful job responding promptly to any questions we had. Great girls weekend!
So much space and such a beautiful location! We had the perfect up north weekend, and the entire home was extremely clean and exactly as listed. We had a slow coffee pot, but with one quick text the property management team had a new pot to our door in 30 minutes! Would definitely recommend this for any large groups.
