Cozy downtown apartment that is within walking distance to Montana State University.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This one bedroom apartment is located in a very desirable neighborhood on the southside of Bozeman. This home has all the amenities of urban living, as well as the perfect amount of space for two (or four) people to spread out in modern comfort.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS: The home has one tastefully decorated bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom has a beautiful queen-size bed, modern lamps and antique side tables as well as a large closet with a programmable safe. There is one full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.

KITCHEN: This fully equipped and high-end kitchen offers top of the line stainless steel appliances including a stove/oven, french door style fridge, dishwasher and microwave. It has everything you will need to prepare any meal you have planned. There is a nice selection of cookware, serving ware and a good selection of small appliances as well as a walk-in pantry for grocery storage stocked with basic cooking /baking staples and spices. Guests can dine at the kitchen bar which has stools for two or at the fold down table attached to the stairwell wall.

LIVING ROOM: The cozy living room features a queen-size pull out sofa for additional sleeping. Cozy modern furniture accent the living room.

SETTING, ACREAGE, VIEWS: The home is located above a garage near the MSU campus. Main Street is less than a mile away and there are several great coffee shops and restaurants within a few blocks of the home.

CLOSEST AIRPORT: You’re just 13 miles from Bozeman’s Yellowstone International Airport.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Besides hiking, biking, and trail running right from town, there is fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer. You’re just a 17 mile drive from Bridger Bowl Ski Area and Crosscut Cross-Country Ski Area, and about a 43 mile drive to Big Sky. It’s also a beautiful 80 mile drive to the North Entrance of Yellowstone.

Cute and comfy
We stayed three nights in July for a Bozeman break between national park visits. It was cute, comfortable, and fully equipped for a short or longer stay for two adults and two kids. We did a lot of cooking and laundry, all of which were made easy by the amenities on site. The loft seemed much more spacious in person than the photos indicated, which was a delightful surprise. The kids slept on the sofa bed very comfortably. Street parking was easy to find even during the day. The host booklet was loaded with great (and very thoughtfully written) local info and was also much appreciated. A highlight of our stay was walking to Sweet Peaks for ice cream in the evening. We would not hesitate to stay here again on a return trip!

Great for a week in Bozeman and skiing
Very nice condo. Clean, very modern in style. Completely kitted out, especially the kitchen appliances and cooking gear. We made breakfast and dinner every night and had everything we needed. Check-in / out was simple, good communication with property management and prompt response to a small maintenance issue. Parking is tight, with the demand on the two restaurants in the building, esp on weekends. But overflow onto street was sufficient. It’s a short drive to downtown l, 15 minutes walk. Very positive experience.

This loft is lovely, and you will find it exactly as described. The bedding is superb, the kitchen is complete, and the living area is comfortable. The location is perfect for us, and the parking on the adjacent streets is not an issue with the required permit. We will visit again!

Convenient Hideaway
We stayed here while dropping our daughter off at MSU. The location was perfect. It was great for my husband and I. A little tight when my daughter was there (which was most of the trip since it was only 2 blocks from the dorms!). This was the perfect hub. Close enough to walk to Main Street, drive to Yellowstone - or just stay in and enjoy the quiet!

The Capitol Hill Loft was a great place to stay! Very cute and clean. It was the perfect location for our visit to Montana State University for freshman orientation. Parking and check in were very easy. Great communication from the host.

Perfect Spot for Parents Attending MSU Functions
We were there for parent/freshman orientation. This little loft was perfect for me and my husband. It was within walking distance of campus and a quick drive to Main Street. It is small so I wouldn't necessarily want to hang out there for long periods of time, but if you are going to be busy and on the go - I would recommend it. One word of warning! .. Since you are near campus there are college kids living nearby. A couple of nights we were kept up by kids hanging out and listening to music. Since it was summer and there is no AC we kept cool at night by having the windows open. You could hear EVERYTHING!
