Cozy Cabin, Exceptional Mountain View, Porch, Fireplace, Wildlife, 4 mi to town.

Welcome to our rustic, barn inspired farmhouse, located near the foot of the Bridger Mountains with exceptional mountain views and wildlife viewing. It is in a rural and private setting, but still close to downtown Bozeman, and also close to skiing, hiking, fishing, whitewater rafting, hot springs, and Yellowstone National Park.

We have tried to anticipate your needs for comfort and relaxation and want this to seem like your home away from home. You will feel welcomed with pillows and throws in most every room, a warm cozy woodstove with gorgeous rock fireplace, and soft fluffy rugs, and ceiling fans and A/C in the summer.

The back porch is perfect for waking up to the sunrise with a cup of coffee and an unobstructed view of the Bridger Mountains across the grain field. There are comfortable chairs, a rustic bar with stools, and a Traeger pellet grill to make the best meals. Or just sit and enjoy the view any time of day. It's always beautiful!

The main floor bedroom has a King bed and is right next to the large bathroom with shower/jetted tub combination and laundry room.

If you enjoy cooking, the pans, dishes, and utensils are provided. The kitchen and dining room open up into a living room with vaulted ceilings, tall rock fireplace, and a loft. Sit by the wood stove and watch wildlife from the large windows. You may also see our domestic animals, including chickens, ducks, barn cats, and our horse, Holly.

Upstairs, you can relax in the master suite on the chaise lounge or snuggle into the King bed with cozy bedding and pillows. Master bathroom includes a shower. There is plenty of room in the walk in closet for your luggage and clothing.

The open loft features an office/sitting room overlooking the fireplace, with a large desk for work away from home, and a full size sleeper sofa and a large pouf lounge, if you happen to bring a couple extra friends.

We are close to skiing, hiking, fishing, whitewater rafting, hot springs, Yellowstone National Park, shopping, and restaurants. But this is also the perfect place to relax with the perfect view and the comforts of home.

Enjoy the features of a mountain cabin, but also the convenience of shopping, fine dining, and the airport only 15 minutes away.

Everything I Expected, and Much More
First off, the pictures of the property and scenery do not do it justice. The view of the mountains is just breathtaking. The cabin was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Treisa was the most gracious and accommodating host you could ever hope for. All of our needs were met and the cabin had a supply of "Forget anything?" items from toothbrushes to Advil and everything in between, Thank you so much, Treisa! My brother and I had the best time, and your graciousness and attention to detail made it so.

It was the perfect stay! Treisa had thought of everything we might need for our stay. She even left us fresh eggs from her chickens! She checked on us while we were there and didn’t mind us asking for recommendations. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing view!
Just finished a relaxing week here! Treisa and Ted are fantastic hosts. Very responsive and helpful with tips on things to do and places to see. Treisa adds personal touches that made our stay great (like a birthday/anniversary cake waiting for us)! The house is clean and comfortable and well stocked with what we needed. The best part is the incredible view from the back porch - the mountains are amazing. The animals around are fun too - we loved feeding Holly the Horse and seeing chickens! “Kitters” the cat even paid visits to the back porch. It was a relaxing time - very quiet area, but still close to town and all things Bozeman. Definitely a lovely place to stay and great owners!

Gorgeous Property with Unbelievable View
Our family has travelled all over the world, and this stay was one of our absolute favorites. This cabin was stunning with plenty of space and an unbelievable view. The back yard of the cabin was a picturesque view of the stunning mountains and foothills, and was completely unspoiled by any buildings. All you hear are the birds peacefully chirping. It was only a quick 10 minute ride to downtown for amazing local fare and coffee. The property is only 1.5 hours away from Yellowstone. The owners went above and beyond stocking the home with anything you could possibly need including chargers, bear spray, fresh eggs, and even all the ingredients for s’mores. They were always available for any questions or needs we had, and were the most hospitable property owners. It only takes one sunset in this gorgeous getaway to put you at peace and make you feel refreshed. We can’t wait to go back!

Inspired Relaxation
Our MT stay included visits with family. Our hosts provided a wonderful relaxing space to come home to, to wake up with the rooster, chickens and enjoy sunrises, special sunsets and beautiful 360 degree vistas. Our daily visits from cat and dog were extremely welcoming and entertaining. We definitely recommend this home.

Phenomenal Experience
The amount of care and consideration that Treisa put into the house, the land, her guests cannot be fully put into words. She truly is an all-star host. She thought of everything that someone could possibly want and made sure it was available. For us personally, it was my daughter's 30th birthday and Treisa had balloons, a birthday cake and souvenir cups, treats and a Welcome Happy birthday sign. She had logs ready for the stove in the house and the firepit outside. She even had an indoor s'mores grill so we could still make s'mores if it rained. She had apples in the fridge so we could feed her sweet horse Holly. She had maps, binoculars and a cooler with icepacks ready for our adventures to Yellowstone. It truly felt like our parents left their house for us to use while they were away. Very comfortable! The views are breathtaking. Treisa was so easy to communicate with. I would give 10 stars if I could. We will be back for sure.

Jewel of Bozeman
From the start, The owners were responsive and accommodating. Everything was EZ. The owner allowed me to text/call as it got closer to checkin and remained in contact to ensure all was going smoothly. There was a welcome sign with all of our names, there were 3 different options for coffee, the house was truly a welcoming home. Location was close to airport and also convenient to downtown Bozeman. We saw deer congregations 2 of the 3 days we were there. As an added treat, the owner left fresh chicken eggs that were creamy deliciousness…would definitely return.

Simply Outstanding!
Ted and Treisa are top notch hosts. Their property is located at the foot of the mountains. Beautiful scenery! Treisa provided links with things to do and she set out a welcome kit with our favorite snacks. The property itself was spotless and had all the comforts of home. Perfect for two couples, a family up to 6 or a group of friends. The entire experience was A+++. I would HIGHLY recommend this property. We hope to visit again. EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY DETAIL!!!

Perfect Bozeman Stay
We came in to town for our son‘s graduation from Montana State. This place was perfect for family to gather before and after graduation. We played games & sat on the large sectional sofa watching the wrangler national finals rodeo, with the wood stove warming us. The house is stocked with lots of extra blankets and comforts you would find in your own home. Location was perfect for day excursions, including getting to the college campus. The owners were very easy to communicate with, extremely helpful, and very welcoming. We felt at home, and we were welcomed every night when we came home by a friendly kitty on the porch. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, with an assortment of condiments in the fridge and cupboards. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bozeman. highly recommend this place!!

Cozy cabin.
I've stayed at many short term rental properties over the last 22 years and this property was one of the best. The views of the Bridger Mountains are and the Galatin Valley are spectacular. The kitchen was spacious with thing you need to cook. The big, covered back porch looked right at the Bridgers making for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Most importantly, Treisa and Ted were easily accessible and very communicative. Thank you Treisa and Ted for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

Spent a few days here and it was absolutely wonderful! Lots of amenities and many “extra” touches that were very much appreciated and very kind! Host Treisa went above and beyond in her hospitality and it made for a truly memorable trip to Montana! Our favorite part was sitting on the porch taking in the breathtaking mountain views with our coffee in the morning and then again with our wine at night! Have already recommended this place to others!

Beautiful home!
The views from this house are so beautiful, which makes for such a lovely and peaceful vacation. I can't stress that enough. The house is also great. Treisa basically thought of everything that one would need on vacation. There are even robes in the bathrooms! One of my favorite touches is the beautiful window in the master bath where you could see the sunset, and a beautiful view at all times of the day. There were also fresh eggs from the chickens in the fridge and apples to feed the beautiful horse on property. It's about a 15 minute drive to Bozeman. Don't hesitate to book this one. I 100% recommend this home!

Bozeman bliss.
We got exactly what we were after: A delightful respite in the foothills of the Bridger Mountains, just 15 minutes from the historical district in downtown Bozeman. The owners could not have been more congenial. There are horses, dogs, chickens, and a dedicated property watch-cat that demands your attention. As much solitude as you want, as much downtown vibe as you can handle. Perfect stay.
