This brightly lit basement apartment is on a quiet street and is within walking distance to downtown Bozeman, Montana State University, and the Elm music venue. 18-mile drive to our local ski hill, Bridger Bowl!! 50 miles to Big Sky Ski Resort! Perfect location if you are visiting your child at college or touring the university for the first time! Or coming in town for a MSU game! A comfortable place to return home to after hitting up a number of the great hiking spots around town. (We have bear spray for you if needed). After your hike, you can take a short drive to Bozeman Hot Springs and relax! Or enjoy a leisurely relaxing float down the Madison River.

The space has its own separate entrance with a convenient keypad entry. The three bedrooms provide sleeping room for five with two queen beds and one full. One large bathroom with two sinks. Two of the bedrooms offer a queen bed and one bedroom offers a full-size bed. One of the queen bedrooms has a desk for remote workers. There is a nice living room with a cozy gas fireplace and TV (no cable, just steaming TV). Great WiFi in the space. Laundry room. Kitchenette only, with a microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator , coffee maker, and electric tea kettle with an assortment of tea bags available. All new flooring throughout the space!! No pets. Non-smoking.

My husband and I live upstairs and are usually available for questions during your stay. Located in the Cooper Park area. Two cruiser bikes come with the rental, just let me know if you want me to pull them out for you.

No cleaning fee!! The cleaning fee is included at no additional charge!!! Also no add on per person fees like you often see with short term rentals. We look forward to your visit!!
