"We had a terrible experience from check-in to check-out. The lady at front desk was rude, she almost didn’t say one word. The room AC was not working. I talked with them, they said they can’t fix and also did not have other room. We sleep two night at 90F. The breakfast suppose to open at 08:00 but it still close at 08:30. "Stayed on our trip to Alhambra in Granada. The address location itself is literally right next to the Armilla Plaza; so next to the tram station and a public underground parking. We parked overnight, and it was very easy access. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Exactly as pictured; plenty of comforters too. Great communication and instructions from the host. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you."
