"Property is old and not in great shape. People outside talking loudly and dogs barking. Did finally go to sleep, slept well because mattress was good. Can’t recommend it. "

"The hotel is new and great amenities. Food is excellent and the staff is great. There is a beautiful beach/pool area that they take you to with a golf cart. It’s so lovely. They have pickle ball there and other games. Overall a really nice hotel. "

"Bed mattress was absolutely 30 years old. Horrible. Just like sleeping on the floor.The room was dirty. The grounds were dirty. All of this would be fine if the room was for $30 a night I guess not fo over $200 a night for 2 days. Absolute horrible. "

"We visited for Spring Training. Property was conveniently located to LECOM Park and the Riverwalk made some restaurants easily walkable. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable."

"It is nothing like the pictures. It felt uncomfortable and unsafe. No cameras and front desk/owner would refused to approve a refund. Not a place for family at all especially when other guest are out drinking in the parking lot. Do not come here at all!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is excellent, especially for anyone who enjoys fishing or golfing. One of the highlights of the trip was being able to fish right from the backyard, which was both relaxing and a lot of fun. I spent quite a bit of time there and truly enjoyed the experience."
