"My cousin and i came from michigan and stayed here to do some fishing the boat we stayed on was great it had everything we needed and the host was amazing and will hook you up with whatever you need , we seen some of the other reviews before we showed up which left us quite worried but dont believe everything you read... if your looking for something extravagant then this probably isnt for you im sure you can find a very nice house boat for 500 to 1000 a night but if your looking for a amazing place to stay thats cheap you cant beat this place one of the cheapest in the entiŕe area and your right on the water where theres no one to bug you, overall was one of the best vacations ive ever had because of how amazong the host is dont let the bad reviews scare you away we'll definitely be back!"

"We were pleasantly surprised upon check in. It was everything we hoped it would be. Perfect location for 2. Everyone nearby was so nice, couldn't beat the closeness to the beach and THOSE SUNSETS. We miss it already! Would recommend anyone to stay here, and will probably return in the future as well! "

"This is a great property. Right on the beach, the condo, while small, has everything you need. It was immaculate and Kimberly left a very nice welcoming bag of goodies. Numerous places to eat within walking distance and just a block from a trolley stop. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo and would certainly stay here again. "

"This is a good basic spot for two people. Basically, its a small hotel room w mini fridge, kuerig coffee machine and small microwave. Bathroom and shower is very large! Since its just me for work travel I would have no issues staying here again. Close to a few restaurants and not much further is Bridge St where all restaurants and shops are located. Very good communication with owner during stay. You have to walk up two flights of stairs since elevator is out of order. Parking is very limited underneath building due to storage of building materials."

"This is a clean, cozy place that's a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. We wanted to be very close to the beach but not pay for a beachfront location. This place was perfect. You simply have to cross a road and then you're at the beach. It feels equidistant from both bridges that cross the bay so it's an easy drive to get to other areas. Everything worked well, and we had no issues. Two rooms are on the main floor (2nd fl) and the master bedroom is at the top of the stairs (3rd fl). The parking was easy and alongside the house. We would stay again. Also, the management property was available by phone to answer questions, and they were friendly. The instructions to clean up before checking out were clear. Everything was as advertised. "
