Perfect Spring Break Trip!

This property is in a great location! The pool and hot tub were nice to have. Everything was easy to access with the trolley or by walking. We had a wonderful time here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very happy with the unit, clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen essentials although the pizza pan needed to be washed. I was disappointed as I talked to Michael onsite about this that the pool/spa was not functional and I did not have a car so unless I took a ride service I could not get to Longboat Key for the optional pool experience. My rent included a pool onsite was not told when I rented that this was not available. Also for a couple of days I had no hot water at my shower until they could diagnosis and repair.

On the beach.

We were there to be close to the beach and the location was exactly that. Just a quick walk across the street and our feet were in the sand. Perfect for two people and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

The location was great. Steps away from the beautiful Brandeton beach. Close trolley stopManagement was helpful.The only negative would be the walls in the hall and bedroom had lots of marks or scrapes on the walls and needed to be painted and the door had a small gap where it closed and the little lizard tried to get in. We blocked the space with foil. So they couldnt get in. We enjoyed our stay
