Bedroom 2: Offering 2 twin XL beds with luxury linens, hypoallergenic mattress cover, pillows and pillow covers, and a huge full-sized closet. Room and guest bathroom can be closed off to the rest of the condo via a sliding pocket door, allowing maximum privacy for guests.
Den / Office: offers a desk / chair as well as a small sofa.
Guest Bath: Sparkling clean full-sized tub with shower, ceramic tile, and oversized curved cotton shower curtain. Granite countertop and ceramic flooring. Stocked with soft, luxurious white towels, lighted, magnified make-up mirror, and hair dryer.

Beautifully decorated room with oversized comfortable sofa that seats up to 8, side table and cocktail table, and fabulous chandelier with dimmer switch. Entertainment center with 55" flat screen smart TV with cable. Oversized 3 panel sliding glass door opens to the lanai and fresh air and provides scenic views of the golf course. This is a truly a great spot to unwind or entertain!

A cozy yet spacious lanai overlooks hole #3, offering great ambiance, and a cocktail table. Relax and enjoy the fresh air!
The front porch with chair and a table allows for an alternate place to enjoy a quiet moment outside.

Esplanade Lakewood Ranch requires a one-time $250 non-refundable fee to cover your application and transfer of amenities at LWR. You will receive Summary of Rules and Regulations for Esplanade Golf & Country Club Renters and Guests to read and sign.
