Dissapointment
When looking at the pictures online, we thought it appeared to be aesthetically pleasing condo. It appeared clean & well kept in the pictures. However when we arrived we found the home noticeably dusty and the master bedroom and guest bedroom carpets were visibly dirty with large stains. Much of the woodwork in the bathrooms were dirty and the back of the guest bathroom door was nearly black from use. The refrigerator did no work initially. A service man came out and fixed it and it still didn't work, The second time he had to order a different piece and it still didn't work. He determined it was the brain of the computer that runs the refrigerator it was ordered and replaced shortly after this time. But the water and ice in the door still did not work, even though the temp in refrigerator and freezer were now working. The refrigerator and freezer were not working the first 19 days of our stay. Both the love seat and couch had many noticeable stains on each of them and on both sides of some of the cushions.
The view was lovely and the the best part of the stay. Gulf Coast Rentals employees were very kind, polite and professional when we reached out to them with our concerns. One employee made certain that we received a dorm size refrigerator with a freezer. That however froze some of our food and we had to throw it away several times. We had to go to the Grocery more. And we had meds that needed to be refrigerated. Overall it was a disappointing stay.
