"Steven and Jeanette were consummate hosts. Wonderful breakfasts everyday but very pleasant amenities throughout each day. They had helpful suggestions on what to do and the best wineries to visit. "The Knickerbocker room is beautifully decorated and has been tastefully updated. The bathroom is a really good size. There is also a cute private balcony. The home is very clean and doesn’t have any unpleasant smells that many older homes have. This B&B is close to many attractions in the Finger Lakes region. "Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well. We will definitely be coming back! "

"The area and location is semi-secluded and close to the state park. The property is clean and well maintained. The outside furniture is unwelcoming and needs to be upgraded.
