The hotel didn't check us in properly and I received a £100 parking charge, took a couple of phone calls and emails to sort out but shouldn't have happened. Not even an apology, won't be staying there again.

Carpet had stains on it the chair had stains on it not enough tea and one of the cup had a crack in it. Air con no instruction how to use it and half of the buttons were broken on it. The tv remote was dirty.

We stayed here due to convenience, frustratingly the cleanliness was not good. I ended up taking my own antibacterial wipes to clean surfaces & handles. There were some red and brown stains on the walls in the toilet and no hand towel provided. Reception smells like a toilet - otherwise fine

The reception was perfunctory, no eye contact, no ‘conversation’, little smile, did the job but no more. Room was excellent and clean. Breakfast was very good with warm friendly attention from the staff on duty (a man). Happy to return again.

Rooms were clean, beds nicely made and very comfortable. I slept like a baby. I did have problems connecting to the wifi. Maybe you should have a little note telling you how to do it for non techs like myself, that was my only problem. I will gladly stay again. Check-in was friendly and pleasant. Toilet hadn't been cleaned properly - was stained. Stains on carpet. One of the duvet covers had something crunchy inside it (didn't want to look inside to investigate!!) Maybe got bitten by something in the bed - had a few itchy body spots after the stay. Very cheap room, but don't think it was worth it.
