Entrance/Accessibility -
Upon arrival at the property there will be 1 space on the driveway at the back of the property off Peel Park Terrace. There is also free road parking on this road and others nearby.

Kitchen/Dining Area -
This spacious kitchen will have everything you will need during your stay to whip up some cutlery magic! Appliances include; Oven, Gas Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster and also a dishwasher. Coffee, tea and Sugar are complementary.
There is also a small dining table within the Kitchen area.

Lounge Area -
The lounge will be on the first floor of the property with 2 comfy sofas and a smart TV (Please use your own Netflix and remember to log out) to relax and put your feet up after a long day!

Bedrooms -
The first bedroom will be on the first floor adjacent to the lounge area with 2 comfy single beds and space for belongings in the wardrobe.
The second and third bedroom are on the second floor with double beds and wardrobe space.
On the third floor are a further two bedrooms, again both have double beds, plenty of space and wardrobes for belongings.

Bathrooms -
On the ground floor will be a W/C and on the second floor is a full bathroom with a shower over bath, sink and toilet.

Utility Area -
On the ground floor adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room in which you will have access to a washing machine and dryer.

Extra -

We are available between 9am-10pm for help during your stay. We cannot offer any support after 10pm, if you check in late.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £500 refundable deposit or buying a £45 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
