"I missed the "s" in hostel, there were mostly college aged people there. You need to call ahead to reserve the limited on-site parking or use a parking garage a couple of blocks away. There is a lot of graffiti in the surrounding area which was off-putting. There are many eating choices nearby. Despite there being signs requesting quiet after 10pm, there was a group in the courtyard into the early morning hours that was not quiet and the voices carried up the walls. The room was very basic and...

"We stayed here for the weekend as a family with teenagers to visit the Christmas markets. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. The hotel has a modern quirky feel with the art on the walls and decor all around the hotel. For a large hotel it felt very cosy and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was really good and we also had lunch in the bar on the first day which was very tasty. We would definitely stay here again."

The room was really quiet and spacious. The breakfast is also the best I have seen in Berlin, it's immense... you might think it's expensive, however, you will not need lunch!
