"Ideally situated if you want the best of both worlds. Peaceful hillside setting with beautiful views- A short seven minute drive down a bendy road to Erbalunga with it's restaurants and bars. Bear in mind that Erbalunga is a quiet seaside village/town- nightlife is restricted to restaurants. A fifteen minute drive up the coast will bring you to a marvelous, sandy beach with a low-key beach bar/restaurant. from the house, there is a great view of the isle of Elba."

"This beautiful, classic traditional architecture Corsican home has beautiful dreamy views of the ocean in front and of soaring mountains on the side. We spent two full days just enjoying the pool and Mediterranean atmosphere of the property. (A wild boar running down the mountain also surprised us on our first day (outside the fence around the property.). "We had a very nice stay in this pretty house in charming Erbalunga, Marielle and her husband are great hosts, the house is exactly as described and depicted on photos. Big parking, barbecue, big bathroom + extra toilet, very comfy. Shops and restaurants just a few minutes away on foot. Many good beaches are easy to reach by car. Do not forget to visit the pretty city of Bastia!"

"Two bedrooms with an upstairs bath and small toilet off nicely appointed, though small, kitchen. Fabulous views. Easy, downhill walk to town. If walking back at night, carry a flashlight. Many restaurants in town as well as a bakery which is open most hours. Lovely ocean swimming less than 1 mile away. Easy drive to Bastia, or up and across the Cap. We would definitely stay here again."
