"I phoned the host (Julia) when i was half an hour away. They came out to meet me and showed me in. She showed me where everything was. I had her number in case i needed something. The accomodation was spotless, lots of info regarding taxis etc. I was there for a wedding but wish i booked an extra couple of days. Can highly recommend this accommodation. Lovely hosts."

"Fantastic property to stay in with stunning sea views. This property is just perfect for a break in Dawlish. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay, a real home from home! Spy room and gym was a great bonus and the cosy children zone was a big hit ! Hosts Tony and Cheryl were most welcoming and helpful. There was absolutely nothing to fault. We had a wonderful time and we hope to visit again in the future."

"Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"

"We were 3 families with mostly older teens and young adults. House was very well equipped and in a great location for the seafront. There is short term parking outside for unloading and then a cheap long stay car park a few minutes walk away. House was a good size with a sunny backyard area with large table. Contrary to other reviews, there are 2 proper showers which was more than adequate for us. Everything was very clean and ready to go with keypad entry so easy to get in."

"What a stunning cottage in the most beautiful area! And I cannot recommend Adrian and his daughter as hosts enough. The cottage was perfect for our family celebrations, had everything we needed, was very comfortable and clean with fans provided for the warmer nights too, bonus! "This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. "I really loved this place! It's full of character, very welcoming, utterly charming. I was surprised to receive a full English breakfast, and was impressed that they are fully prepared to offer gluten-free options! My room was small, but it's exactly what I booked, and everything worked. I even had a little balcony! And I had a lovely hour sitting out in the little courtyard with a Devon cider (which the hotel sells), reading and listening to the tinkling water in the little fountain. I'd come to Exeter again just to stay here!!!"
