This completely remodeled three-bedroom penthouse condo is located in the Pointe Royale resort community and features a balcony with alfresco dining. The kitchen features all the appliances needed, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It also offers a gorgeous breakfast bar that seats four, which adds extra dining space to the adjoining dining area. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long, fun-filled day. You'll find nothing but comfort with a cozy sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV with cable. On site amenities include multiple pools, hot tub, tennis, golf, and fishing.

Best Experience
Property was exactly as described and pictured. Loved that it’s a gated community. Very close to all the museums and main strip but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with the direct traffic. Highly recommend, felt like home

Crazy multi-bunk bed delighted the kids
The six slot bunk bed was great for the kids. It worked for us because we weren’t trying to stay up much after they were in bed. The loft where the bed is is open to the living room so it wouldn’t have worked well to watch tv or socialize while they were trying to sleep.

Clean, Wonderful Location
The condo appeared clean and it was easy to access. Our group felt there were not enough outlets for all guests to use (for phone charging, etc). The condo itself is pretty bare-bones (some light amenities like soap, paper towels, etc. were provided) but felt clean and safe.

Nice condo
This was a nice condo that was decorated so cute. The bunks are in a loft, not a closed bedroom, but the kids enjoyed their own area. It would have been nice to have the condo be a little closer to the "main strip" in Branson, but it was a short 10-20 minute drive to almost every attraction we did. It could have been a little cleaner, but nothing terrible.

Convenient location & fun amenities!
The location was very convenient to local Branson attractions and Silver Dollar City. The condo was as advertised. Plenty of room for our 4 adults and 4 kids. The triple bunks were nice if you had addl kiddos, but the top bunk has very little clearance and was tough even for my 8yr old so be aware. Otherwise nice small patio, laundry, coffee, extra garbage bags, etc. Beds were comfortable and the condo was an easy 5 minute walk to the pools, basketball courts, etc.

Family reunion
The condo was wonderful except the floors had not been mopped. I was disappointed that when we booked that I didn't know that it was a third level. My mother in law was recently hospitalized and put on oxygen so she was unable to stay with us. There was plenty of room for everyone, the pool was a hit on the day it was 103 and we enjoyed lunch at the Pro shop grill.

Vacation
This property was nice. We had 3 little families staying together. The place was big enough for all of us. We had 2 vehicles. The property only came with one key card. The key card is used for everything; gate, pool, workout room, etc… only having one card with 2 vehicles and 9 people, made it a little challenging. The stairway is wood with no padding… you could hear every step down the stairs in the master bedroom. Hopefully lower floors couldn’t hear the same.

Nice condo, dirty floors.
A nice sized condo that needs improvements such as cleaning the flooring. We ruined many pairs of socks and our feet were black with dirt. One of the bath tubs had a lot of hair and dirt. There were also ants all over the laundry room floor and counters. One of the bedspreads had red stains, and one of the side chairs was broke and one person fell to the floor due to this broken chair.

Pros- Well stocked kitchen Pool was great Loved the playground and fishing Parking was convenient Gated Community was very nice Quiet stay Lots of towels Bathrooms were clean Cons- House is not 3 bedrooms, it’s 2 and an open loft. Not enough storage for clothes. Most closets were locked or already used for storage. Only 1 dresser. Dryer took several cycles to actually dry clothes. 2 deck chairs were broken when we arrived. Some bedding had small spots on them, we washed them. But the spots were still there. So they must just be small stains. Overall it was a nice place to stay, it just needed a few small updates or fixes.

Well I reached out to the owners of this property because one night I was going to cook dinner I stated and a cockroach ran across the counter in the kitchen I as them to make it right and take care of it they said they would and nothing no response I have massage them no response know I have pictures and the massage between me and the property

Disgustingly dirty
VRBO does not allow direct contact with the property owner, so I was unable to warn them about the terrible cleaning job their property management company (Vacasa) was doing. The bedding was littered with human hair and stained with yellow stains on multiple places and beds. The entire living area had vinyl plank floors that were so disgusting & filthy that our kids socks had to be thrown away. We contacted Vacasa & of course they apologized, but nobody came to mop floors or address anything we told them about. I would never rent anything that Vacasa maintains again, and any owners paying for their services are being ripped off. Really too bad for these owners. The condo is nicely updated but it was so filthy, it ruined the experience.

Great Thanksgiving Stay with family
Everything was as described. Great location. Indoor pool was great as it was rainy part of our time there. Kitchen was well stocked. Gave a 4 star rating due to cobwebs in corners, floor a little dirty and blinds need a good dusting and cleaning. Overall cute place and it was a good trip.

Nice!
Overall our experience was amazing. Except we had two issues with the first being the floors, overall it was clean but our feet from walking around the house was pretty black. We just all wore shoes after our first night. The second our code stopped working the 2nd full day into our stay and we still had a few more days there but they were quick to get us in and allow us to use the key for the duration of our stay. Super quiet and everything else was super clean. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

Extremely Nice and Clean
My family and I recently stayed at this location on our recent visit to Branson. Very nice gated community with security at the entrance. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. The kitchen and laundry room were both well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend.
