Very nice hotel. The hot breakfast was good too with biscuits and gravy, sausage patties and then made to order omelettes. Nice and quiet area not far from the strip but far enough.

This property is a little gem! It has been remodeled and clean. I enjoy the morning breakfast. The property is right in the middle of everything!! Close to attractions, shopping and dining options. I will be back!!

Great find thanks to other Expedia reviewers. Recently remodeled. Very clean. Cost effective. Conveniently located a few blocks from the main road in Branson but removed from the noise.

Pros: Very friendly staff/owners, hot/cold breakfast was minimal selection but good, owners actually made homemade custom ordered omelets each morning which was very nice touch, rooms recently updated, A/C cooled room down well, never had any issues with parking, great location for easy access to main Branson street attractions. Despite some of the cons the property was decent & we would stay there again if in the area. Cons: Occasionally smelled weed from other guests outside (starting to experience this at other hotels as well though which is super annoying), one side of bed the lamp & electrical sockets did not work, room had hardwood floors which were dirty, had issue w/TV but owners very quickly came & resolved it, only provided clean towels/emptied trash cans each day.
