Summary:
Welcome to the Foothills! The new condo building is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip! The location is wonderful for all the fun Branson adventures that you will want to experience! Once inside the condo you will feel right at home with the high end furniture pieces, clean new building, and stocked cabinets!

The Space:
There is a full set of stairs up to the front door of the condo. But then once inside, everything is on the same level!

Guest Access:
The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the resort's amenities, which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool! The outdoor pool is only open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, but both pools are just two parking lots over, so within walking distance!

The Neighborhood:
Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! Or enjoy the dinner show with live animals at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, also just 4 minutes away!

One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Thousand Hills Resort! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Great place to stay!
This place is fabulous! We received updates timely, great directions and even thank you notes for staying at this site. Not too far out of town and was quiet at night. The house was neat and clean plus they had all the dishes and pans etc that we needed for our stay. The pool was a short walk away and was a nice place to sit and spend an afternoon. 5 stars from our group of 6 adults.

BEAUTIFUL view of the sunrise from the main suite and balcony. Huge pantry for storage if you're cooking. Nice washer and dryer in unit - even though we didn't use them. Very spacious. Everything is clean and new!

Great place gor the family
Stayed here two nights with my wife, kids, mom and aunt. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Original address didn't have the building number, so were a little confused but the property owner responded immediately with the information. Great property,.great parking and communication. 15 minutes from all our scheduled activities in the area. Only issue was the kids went to the clubhouse to swim at 930pm and couldn't get the code to work, maybe they arrived to late.

Adam and his team were very responsive and the condo was extremely clean, well furnished with everything you could need, and extras that normally is not provided! Great Stay Traveling with Family
We could not have been more pleased with this condo! Traveling with 3 kids (10, 8 & 3) and 4 adults, there was plenty of room to spread out! Cleanliness is my #1 priority when traveling and the condo was just that! Everything was clean and tidy which instantly put my mind at ease. We forgot 2 things when packing and conveniently, the condo had them in the master closet (box fans & a high chair). We cannot sleep without box fans so that saved us a good chunk of money because we definitely would have had to run and purchase some. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, hand towels, rags, etc. Even a set of baby/toddler place setting which was great for our 2 year old! I can sometimes overthink safety concerns/issues with my children but everything felt safe & secure! Communication was easy & fast....even when I needed to schedule a grocery pickup on our arrival day, Adam was quick to respond and let me know which Walmart was closest to the condo....which was right up the road! We had a great experience staying here & will definitely book again in the future! when it came about

Perfection in Branson
We had an incredible stay at this Branson property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The living areas were perfect for our family to relax and spend quality time together. The location was ideal - close to all the attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We loved being just a short drive from Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, and the vibrant Branson Strip. After a day of exploring, coming back to such a comfortable and welcoming home was wonderful. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and enjoyable stay. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Branson and can’t wait to return ourselves. It was a perfect getaway that made our trip truly memorable.

Awesome condo for a whole family or group of friend.
You are first welcomed by a warm southern greating followed by a first class vaction rental. Adam has gone above and beyond with this spacious 3 bed and 3 bath condo. This place is everything you you want and need. We sat out on the deck every night for hours just talking and watching all the wildlife. We saw a buck, 2 yearlings, and doe every morning and night. A resident groundhog that lives in the rocks and a couple sly fox. Ifbyou are looking for a nice place for your group of friends or family check this place out. You are a just a few mintues drive to everything Branson has to offer. Adam thanks again we will certainly be looking you up on the next trip down.

Beautiful, new condo
This condo was as beautiful as it appeared online. It was very clean and comfortable. It is a new condo and so it felt fresh and inviting. The beds were much more comfortable than I expected, and I appreciated the darkened curtains as the sun shines in the room early in the morning. The owner communicated with me several times before and during the stay to make sure everything was good, which I appreciated. I will definitely stay there again if I ever return to Branson.
