Room had spider webs in 3 of the 4 corners. In-Room dining hung up on me and then kept phone off the hook. Couldn't order dinner. Front desk staff was great and polite and professional. Was supposed to get my valet charge waved, but it appears that I was charged anyways. Just not what I am used to from a Hilton property.

Hotel is located perfectly next to the landings. Self park was very easy. The valley staff was top notch, super friendly, super efficient, they can’t get any better! Overall the hotel room was dated, considerable amount of damage. Leaking faucet handle, door was swelled up from water damage, time falling off wall. The room was not worth the money, however the staff was worth every cent!

Perfect location, walking distance to The Landing. The parking was tight, and difficult to get in and out…always had to contact HELP. The other thing that would have been nice would have been a complimentary microwave. They would provide one for an added cost of $10/day. Which is ridiculous considering the cost of the room. It is a great place to stay, first and foremost! The lobby is beautiful! Pool and hot tub area are better than most in the area. It was amazing because of the staff, more specifically, the valet attendants/staff and the bellhops! Ask for Luke and you will never be disappointed! There were several other gentleman that helped us and all had the best personalities! (Can’t remember their names) People you would invite to your own BBQ! The only negative are; the lobby has an overpowering scent, it smells great, but can cause a headache. The halls/rooms smelled of a “zoo”, which I’m sure is due to the pool/hot tub and the fact that they allow pets. Keep in mind, I am super smell sensitive. Lastly the room temp was 76 degrees upon arrival. Definitely not what I was expecting for this time of year. And it took over a day to get at the temp we were comfortable with. I would definitely return even with these negatives I have listed as the staff outweighs all of it!
