SWIMMING POOL, PLAYGROUND, PATH TO LAKE

The Briarwood neighborhood has an infinity edge pool overlooking Lake Taneycomo! Also a covered pavilion area with picnic tables, bring your cooler with you!

The kiddo's playground is next to the outdoor pool.

The path to the lake is by the pool. The lakeshore isn't the easy to fish, we suggest going over to Scotty's Trout Dock a few minutes away to get your fishing license and fish from the dock there.

Big families are our jam! We have one of our own—6 kids between us, plus their significant others, and 3 grandkids—so we know how tough it is to keep the peace as your group size increases. Add in the grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, and those friends who are like family... and you've got a ton of people to please.

ADDITIONAL INFO

- $35 per night per dog plus taxes. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval only. Dogs are not guaranteed to be approved. Please ask first.
- Local tax and cleaning are additional

- Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

- Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID

- We will perform a Guest ID verification securely through our payment processor after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.

The Guest ID verification is a two factor authorization that asks you for your phone number and birth date, then it will text you a code to enter.

If the verification fails, we’ll cancel the reservation and void the transaction.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.

Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.

Get free attraction tickets when you stay with us! Here’s how it works:

1. Book your stay with us

2. Call us to book your attraction tickets for your family/group, number of tickets depends on the length of your stay

If you’re with us:

* 2-3 nights >> you get 1 ticket of your choice from any group
* 4-5 nights >> you get 2 tickets of your choice, one from A group and one from B group
* 6+ nights >> you get 3 tickets of your choice, one from each group

3. We’ll email you the digital tickets

4. You enjoy a fun experience with your family and friends

Note: To receive the free tickets, you must book the attraction tickets for your family/group members through us at the same time. The free tickets are per stay and not available as a single ticket. Some attractions and shows are closed seasonally or have altered operating hours due to weather. Refund requests will follow the show or attraction refund policy.
