Perfect location
Wanted to be close to the Landing and the downtown shopping. This choice of cottage was perfectly placed for my trip! It’s just up the hill and around the corner from bass pro parking lot or a few blocks over from 417 vintage market!! Plenty of room, very clean and the Christmas decorations were a special touch!

Fantastic girls’ weekend!
Our group of friends absolutely loved this property! Sean was a incredibly thoughtful host with the house having everything we needed and more. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable in each bedroom. The location was perfect for our group going to conference at the Branson Convention Center which was just a 5 minute walk away.

This property was perfect for our girls' vacation in Branson. The location was great for walking or taking the trolley to Branson Landing. It was as described in the listing and very clean. Host was responsive and check-in, check-out extremely easy. It was nice to have the garage for loading, unloading and parking our vehicle. Would highly recommend this property

Perfect location, house was just as described
We loved our stay! The house was the perfect size for our family. Great location being close to downtown, but you do not hear all of the traffic noise. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Property manger was very responsive, and let us know that we could even check in early. Will definitely be back!

Girls weekend
Great 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house near Branson Landing. It is walking distance to old town shops and had multiple fast food and restaurants nearby. The house is not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues but we loved having the rooms on a different floor than the living room and kitchen. We felt this neighborhood felt safe and we had no concerns. Would stay again.

Overall great stay
We were in town for an event at the convention center and the location could not be beat! 5 minute walk to convention center and just a tad further to the landing. House was new and very nicely decorated - just like the pictures. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Linens were nice and house was stocked with dry goods. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. There were a couple minor issues - sliding glass door would not lock and some of the flooring was coming up. We also came across quite a few small millipedes in the basement (where all the bedrooms are). Got some bug spray and chalked it up to Missouri summers. We communicated all these issues during our stay, but none were addressed while we were there (said they would be shared with the property owner). Overall, the pros outweighed the minor inconveniences and we would stay here again.

Great experience. My parents and my daughter stayed with us for the weekend to play Basketball. It was a great location and easy access to everything. We had some of the team over for burgers and had a great afternoon. Highly recommend

We booked on short notice. The process was fast and efficient. The home was new, beautifully decorated, very very clean. Our bonus was the adorable festive Christmas Decorations. The best accommodations we have had in Branson. Thanks so much for a restful worry free experience.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Vacation
We had a fantastic Thanksgiving get away with our kids and in-laws. There were 4 adults and 2 children and there was more than enough room for all of us. Property was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. Everything we needed was there and then some! We vacation as a family a couple times a year and we have never seen a kitchen or bathroom so well stocked. We always bring our own kitchen items and more bathroom amenities just in case but what a pleasant surprise it was to see how well the place was all ready to go. We have been coming to Branson for 20+ years and this location is fantastic. Quiet neighborhood, so close to downtown you can walk it if you want in the warmer months. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back next year for sure!
