Good location but very dirty
The house upon arrival appeared “clean” after walking around there were dead bugs on the floor everywhere and many many light bulbs out and two fans that wouldn’t work. Our feet were BLACK on the bottoms from walking barefoot in the house. The two rooms with queens the beds are so uncomfortable so do not account for adults sleeping in them. The king room beds were fine. The fridge does not get cold at all. I’m shocked by all the good reviews. Maybe at the beginning of busy season the house was in good conditions but by the end of summer it was quite rough. Hate leaving a bad negative review but feel as if ppl need to know :/

Perfect proximity
This place was perfect for our family of various ages. It’s located within walking distance from the marina, a five minute drive from Silver Dollar City, and conveniently close to Branson. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom and there was a living space both upstairs and downstairs. Would highly recommend!

Great Rental for a Large Family or Group
We've stayed in this house and the one next door many times. This house was recently remodeled with new flooring, beds and appliances. They did a great job. The house has an outside deck that overlooks a large private level yard with a fire pit. Logs of wood for the fire pit were provided. We loved cooking breakfasts and lunches on the Blackstone flattop gas grill. The location is awesome - a short walk or drive to the dock on the lake where you can swim. A new bar and grill called Lake Bottoms recently opened about 100 yards from the house. The only negative was the lack of cable TV or even an antennae to view live TV channels. Huge Samsung TVs but nothing to watch on them. Tried to download ESPN+ but TV was password protected. Join the 20th century and get cable please. Overall we had another great stay again and will likely return next year. We highly recommend this rental.

Family trip!
Great place for family/ group gatherings. Plenty of bedrooms with bathrooms. Able to grill & socialize around a fire pit, outside on the porch or inside at large table. Convenient to reach Silver Dollar City & Branson attractions.
