Quarto sujo.
O quarto nao estava limpo. A lixeira do quarto estava cheia de papéis e tinha uma caixa de remédio. A geladeira continha uma caixa de leite. Havia correspondências sob a escrivaninha. Só tinha um rolo de papel higiênico. Os lençóis não estavam colocados na cama. Enfim, não recomendo.

Primeiramente, não esperava que na hoteis.com eu compraria uma diária de im apartamento privado e não de um hotel. O quarto não tinha todas as roupas de cama, as toalhas eram muito velhas e finas(bem diferentes do nível do Mercure). Também não tinha cobertor. O banheiro tinha um cheiro ruim. E no dia seguinte pela manhã, usei o toalete e a privada entupiu. Péssima experiência !

Hospedagem deixou a desejar
Já fiquei muito nesse hotel, mas a estadia não foi das melhores. O apto está em boas condições, mas faltam coisas elementares, como um box no chuveiro. Tomar banho significa molhar todo o banheiro. Não havia cobertor no local, e o telefone não estava funcionando. Por se tratar de flat, o frigobar não estava abastecido, e tive que acionar o room service para pedir água (e o telefone funcionando mal). O hotel está em reforma há bastante tempo, e a piscina não está funcionando, bem como o restaurante. Há muito barulho no local, e a academia está um um lugar super improvisado, e com dificuldades de uso, pelo tamanho reduzido. A informação da reforma e da indisponibilidade de vários serviços não estava no site no momento da reserva.

O pior atendimento possível! Cheguei no hotele nao podia fazer checkin porque diziam que era um apartamento particular, nao estava no pool e mao sabiam qual era. Depois de algum tempo descobriram qual apto, ao entrar no quarto percebi que não tinha nada a ver com as fotos. O hotel nao tem piscina, não tem sauna, academia em reforma. Nao tem estacionamento e como o quarto é de proprietario nao tem cafe da manha. Mas o pior de tudo é que mao tinha papel higienico no bamheiro e o hotel nao fornece. Dai o atendimento é so no chat e eles nao podem fazer nada. Tive que sair as 11 da noite pra buscar papel higiênico

Péssimo check in e apto sem conforto.
Muito ruim o check in pois o proprietário do apto não tinha ainda enviado ‘as 21 horas, o código de autorização para eu ter acesso ao apto dentro do Mercure. Encontrei 2 números de telefones na mensagem que o proprietário me enviou com o código de acesso que não era suficiente para entrar no apto. Ao telefonar, um representante do apto atendeu e finalmente mandou a autorização. Ar condicionado do apto não funcionou. Não tinha cobertor. Papel higiênico no fim do rolo. Nunca mais fico num apto privado dentro de um hotel. Um absurdo como a hotels.com permite anunciar este tipo de propriedade.
