There are two master bedrooms, each with a King size bed, 2 Guest bedrooms with 2 Twin beds each and there is a full-size bed in the loft area.

A dining area that leads into the large kitchen with granite countertops, and is full of all the appliances you need. Beautiful newly built, this colonial-style luxury vacation rental is located in a 1 1/4 acre lot, in the private and secure Catalina Cove gated community. An ideal location is only a short 7-minute walk to Playa Brasilito and a 15-minute walk to the white sands of Playa Conchal. Tamarindo and Playa Grande are located 20 to 30 minutes away by car.

This home has beautiful tropical landscaped gardens and a private, huge and amazing swimming pool. Beautiful 25-foot ceilings in the living room and 10-foot in the rest of the house will assure a fresh environment. It has a laundry room, 3 car garage, plenty of parking for boat/recreational vehicles, WiFi, cable TV, and phone.
The house is fully stocked with other bonus items for your personal use, such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more. We also include complimentary amenities like coffee and filters, creamer, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps, as a courtesy for your stay.

The guest house has 1,250 sq. ft, of living space, two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, fully furnished, air-conditioned, great kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, cable TV, internet access, covered patio, laundry room, and more. Each bedroom has its full bathroom and a double bed. Very private setting on over an acre of land with your own private pool and plenty of space to relax.
