The only real "issue" we had was that the water would go from freezing cold to scolding hot while you're in the shower and it got my back pretty good! "We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues.
