"Ivy and Eve Apartments is in a great location very close to the Southbank. However, our apartment had a number of issues on arrival; the balcony/terrace was flooded and there was no way to unblock it, the washing machine door would not shut so we couldn’t use it, and although the fridge lights and display were on the fridge and freezer were not chilling.
