"Staff was friendly, efficient and had empathy towards our needs. Upon confirming the first room given to us had a problem with the air conditioning, they agreed to change the room on the spot. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close enough to the main sea front street but also very quiet at night. If anything to be improved, I'd say the breakfast - but nothing that would keep me from recommending this nice property."

"It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. The balcony is also in full sun all afternoon with no shade so was too hot out there to use until the sun went down. The kitchen was ok but only a 2 ring hob so not great for any real cooking. "Great position, especially with a balcony sea view. Room was clean and everything was working fine. Close to a few good restaurants and only a few steps to the gorgeous sea.
