"Adorable bungalow style with porch and lovely garden courtyard. Walking distance to main strip in New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, and Landa. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable room."
"The site is shared with Studio 6 and Motel 6. It looks like it is under construction. It sits far back from the Interstate and there is a lot of chainlink fence and empty space in front of the site. Parking is woefully inadequate and inconvenient. The only landscaping were 2 Palm Trees. While Motel 6 is known as a "value" brand when comparing others, staying here made me feel 'embarrassed & poor'."

"Clean and family friendly. There were deer all around. My kids just loved watching them from the balconoy and walking to the river seeing them. Plenty of room for our party of 5. We had to call the front desk twice and theybwere very prompt in helping us. "
"We were very impressed with the property. Easy check in, very clean, great communication, and nice location. Right on the river with tube rental next door! We will stay here again!"

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at this home, it was perfect! Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We appreciated the small details throughout the house; they added a special touch and made it feel cozy and welcoming. The decor was charming and perfectly suited the home's style. The location was quiet yet close to everything we needed. The A/C worked great, which made a big difference during the warm days. One of our favorite parts was the large outdoor gathering area, which was the perfect spot to relax and spend time together. We’d stay here again. Highly recommend!"
"Our family of 12 stayed here for a week. We absolutely loved it! There was plenty of room for all. The view was gorgeous. Loved setting on the back porch deck watching the boats go by. Great place to stay! Would recommend to anyone wanting a great spot to get away."
