This property is the perfect base to enjoy a beach themed holiday with family and friends and has been presented with inspiration from the Californian beach, Mondo's.
Dining/Cooking
A large open plan kitchen/dining area can be found from the entrance of the property with integrated appliances (including dishwasher, washer dryer and wine cooler). The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Bi-fold doors lead onto the enclosed, private courtyard complete with dining table.
Living
There are two sofas in the lounge, two sets of bi-fold doors open into the garden, providing a modern alfresco feel to the property. A smart TV with Netflix is provided (subject to guest's Netflix subscription). DAB radio with Bluetooth speaker.
Sleeping
All beds are fitted with high quality linen and are decorated beautifully throughout. There are three bedrooms to the property. A double room to the rear (bedroom 2), with French doors and Juliette balcony facing towards the sea. This room has the flexibility to be arranged as either two singles or a double bed. Bedroom 3 is a bunk room - perfect room for children, although the 3 foot beds are also suitable for adults!
The master bedroom is situated at the front of the property, with views towards the hillside. This room has the added benefit of an en-suite shower room. This room also has the flexibility to be arranged as either two single beds, or a double room.
Bathing
There is a modern family bathroom with shower over bath. A WC can also be found on the ground floor with hanging space and the master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room.
Outside
The property has an ample sized garden with a paved courtyard to the side where there is a hot tub (additional charge applies) - perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach! Al-fresco dining seating for 8 guests overlooks the lawned garden and there is a hot/cold shower available for washing off after the beach. Hanging space can also be found for wetsuits.
There is parking for 1 car in front of the garage.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are accepted at this property.
Wifi, bed linen and a hand and bath towel per person are provided free of charge.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.
There is a refundable security deposit of £250 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.

This property is accessed via a keysafe. An email will be sent 14 days before arrival, providing you with the full address, directions to find and keysafe number.
