The property is set out all on one level with a air source under-floor heating, to ensure year round warmth. The open plan living area has two comfy sofas, large TV and electric Dimplex wood effect fire, guests can open the patio doors onto the front patio area, which is fully enclosed. Three bedrooms are just off the hallway with a Kingsize master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and smart TV, Bedroom 2 has 2'6" twin beds which can be put together to form a kingsize bed if required and bedroom three has a signle bed. All bedrooms are serviced by the main family bathroom which has a square end bath with shower over, wc and basin.
Set within minutes of the beautiful dune backed sandy surfing beach at Croyde and only a short walk to the picturesque village with surf hire shops, restaurants and pubs Pipedream really has it all when looking for a beachside holiday home. There are plenty of beaches to choose from, with the vast sands of Saunton only a mile up the road, or slightly further afield you have Woolacombe and Putsborough beaches, both renowned for their great surf, interesting rock pools and family friendly nature. For keen walkers and cyclists the beautiful Exmoor National Park is easily accessible where you can enjoy invigorating walks, whilst taking in the wonderful scenery.
