Westside Cottage offers a spacious and comfortable base for your family holiday and provides easy access to Croyde's famous surfing beach and the picturesque village.
Living/Dining/Kitchen
The large double height kitchen/dining room with fireplace, breakfast bar, and well equipped kitchen area has french doors opening out onto the terrace with outdoor table and chairs - perfect for al-fresco dining! There is a lawned garden area with pretty flower beds providing a lovely environment to relax and watch the sunset.
In the seperate living room, you will find a smart TV, fireplace and comfortable seating for 6.
Sleeping/Bathing
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom and a bunk bed room.
The family bathroom is modern with a shower over the bath.
Outside
The rear garden and terrace is enclosed, perfect for dogs and there is a shed for storage of bikes/surfboards. A BBQ provided for your enjoyemnt.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.
Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

To close the key safe, enter the combination, press down the open button, place the keys inside and replace the cover.
Directions From Braunton:Follow Caen Street out of Braunton towards Croyde and continue for approx 4.5 miles through Saunton and into Croyde.Follow the road towards Croyde village, turning left into Sandy Way just before Bay view Farm Campsite.Follow the road to the left at the end of the road, bear left and Westside Cottage is in front of you, number 7.
Housekeeper Details:If you have any questions or problems regarding equipment or appliances at the property, please contact your Housekeeper in the first instance as they know the property inside out and should be able to talk you through any issues! Please do not contact them prior to your arrival to request an early entrance as this will not be possible during current times.
