HOUSE RULES

- OVERNIGHT MAX. OCCUPANCY: 15 overnight guests.
- DAYTIME MAX. OCCUPANCY: 25 guests

- QUIET HOURS: 10pm - 8am - Noise should be kept to a minimum.
Outside of quiet hours, the noise should be less than 75 dB.

- BREAKAGES: Should you break anything, please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.

- SMOKING of any substance is NOT allowed inside the home.

- PETS: We welcome 1 house trained dog for an additional $50. Dogs should be crated inside the home when owners are out. Please pick up after dogs in the yard. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.

- EV CHARGING available upon request (24 hour notice needed) - $50 fee

- The pool can be heated upon request - 24+ hour notice required, $50 per day, 80F temperature
No parking in the grass - no exceptions.

- No trucks, trailers, or RV’s can be plugged in without permission and 24 hour notice. $50 per day

- Common area A/C will have a minimum setpoint of 75F. Common area heat will have a maximum setpoint of 75F.
- We kindly ask that the bedroom A/C stays above 70F and the bedroom heat stays below 80F. However, you are able to make changes as needed.
