"Excellent location and overall property. The resort staff has a bias towards VRBO guests, the passive-aggressive attitude starts as soon as they realize that is how you booked. The unit was not clean, broken towel rack (in pieces on the counter) missing light bulbs, dirty pool towels in the closet floor, dirty bath towel on back of toilet rm door. VRBO host very good, responded quickly. Parking was mandated to bldg down the street only accessible by going outside and walking. "

"The location was great, ski in ski out. The inside was clean and functional. The overall condition of the furniture was okay, but starting to see some signs of wear. Overall I would recommend."

"This location is the best for skiing (right by the Quicksilver lift) and walking into town. There’s convenient, heated underground parking. You can park & not need your car which is great because public parking in Breckenridge is limited. The amenities for families are great! My son enjoyed the kids’ activities room. The room was clean & had everything we needed. "

"The condo is great. The kitchen has all the appliances you need to make food at home. Just make sure you crank the heat up to 75 as the place can get a little cold."
