This excellent corner unit has so much to offer in terms of space and views. While grilling on the private balcony or enjoying the new hot tub you will be able to see all of the Breckenridge Ski Area. These are some of the most sought after views in town! Take advantage of this comfortable unit while watching the flat screen TV or relaxing in front of the gas fireplace. High-def television is available in the living area, master and second bedrooms. This three bedroom unit is very popular with its spacious rooms and bedding choices. It also comes equipped with a washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas grill, a private ski locker and an underground parking space. Great spot!
My family of 6 adults stayed at this property and the location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk almost everywhere - it was so convenient! The unit was clean with amazing views and we enjoyed the private hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous views!
This property was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfectly situated right in downtown Breckenridge. Gorgeous views throughout the property. We really loved the deck area to take in the stunning mountains. Did have a small issue checking in as we were not aware the keys were at a different location (must have missed an email). But the property manager on duty did arrive to the property promptly to help us out. He was very nice especially as we arrived quite late. Was a perfect place to getaway. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Breckenridge vacation
Condo was beautiful. Lovely updates plus view of mountains from this unit were wonderful. Unfortunately we all suffered from altitude illness and had to leave a couple days early. We tried all the remedies. We should have started a couple days earlier at a lower altitude and then moved upward. Breckenridge is a lovely little town with wonderful shops and restaurants.

Very nice unit. Screens damaged when we arrived. I called about that. Mostly clean except one bath off the room w the bunk beds. Floor and shower not clean. Toothpaste down the front of the vanity. Otherwise nice place.

Great place!
We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, right downtown Breckenridge so you can walk to everything. Great views and nicely appointed. We wish the property management company would transition to a keypad as it was a bit of a pain to stop at their office to get keys and to drop them off again.

Fantastic location and home!
We had a wonderful stay here for our first visit to Breckenridge. The amazing location of this home can’t be overstated - it is a brief walk (2 mins?) to the Main Street where coffee shops, stores, restaurants, and other great amenities lined the streets. On location alone it would be a 10/10! But the home itself is also fantastic. Comfortable, plenty of space, and well done. We loved the comfy couches and beds after a long day of exploring. The hot tub and amazing view were perfect! We easily fit our family of 6 with space to share. The hosts included lots of extras - humidifiers. Fans, pack and play, 2 kinds of coffe makers, games. Would recommend to anyone!

Great Location
The property is updated, clean and was a perfect size- 7 adults stayed and having 3 bathrooms was a plus!! The views are amazing and so close to town- we walked everywhere we went! The parking garage is a plus- just make sure to ask about limitations on access- tight corner to get in and garage door to access was not large enough for an oversized vehicle. Our small SUV fit perfectly. We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again!!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay in this condo in Breckenridge. The location was superb and the views out of each bedroom was beautiful. We definitely would stay here again! We loved that we could walk to restaurants, shopping, gondola, and to the famous Breckenridge troll.

Best Place in Breck!
We love this place. Bathrooms and kitchen have been upgraded. Locations is great and always nice to dip into the hot tub after a long day. This is the only place we'll stay when we're there.

The location was fantastic to access both the village (slopes) as well as the shops and restaurants! Very comfortable and well appointed rooms - it got a bit hot with the under floor heating but I am guessing that was a glitch. We will definitely choose to stay again!

Wonderful property with the perfect location! We are from Texas & wanted a snowy holiday. Everything was better than expected. Location allowed us all the flexibility to do what we wanted (auto free!!), and the condo was beautiful!! Highly recommend and would love to go back!!

Perfect Breckinridge location
Perfect location to explore Breckenridge. Walk to town, 5 minutes to town and river walk. Well appointed and maintained and comfortable beds and furniture. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus and it was clean and a welcome respite at the end of a long day. Seven of us from two families were perfectly comfortable with plenty of space and bathrooms for all.

Girls weekend
Stayed at this property for a girls weekend and it was amazing! Great location to all the shops and restaurants. Never needed a car other than to go to the lake. With 3 spacious bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms it was prefect for a girls weekend! Plus the added bonus of the hot tub was amazing! I would completely recommend staying here! GREAT PROPERTY
