PARKING:
Parking for 1 vehicle
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads.

WINTER HIGHLIGHTS:
Walk up the street (800 feet, or 50 feet to the free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes) to get to the Snowflake Chairlift. You can make your way to the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair, and ski down 3 1/2 miles back to this condo for lunch, or at the end of the day to soak those tired legs in the hot tubs in the complex.
SUMMER HIGHLIGHTS:
Walk out the door and out of the complex to the 4 O'Clock Trail, which is right next to the complex and up to the Snowflake Chairlift, where two other trails start and go alongside Sawmill Creek. From there it is a 3/4 mile hike to 4 O'Clock Reservoir. For the more adventurous, you can walk straight up the 4 O'Clock Trail to the top of 12,998 foot Peak 8. You can also mountain bike up the 4 O'Clock Trail in the summer or ride a "comfort" bike on the 9-mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Walk 1 block to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops.
Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony ride up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
