The rental was as presented. Very nice and comfortable. The 3 and 1/2 bathrooms were great and the master had a HUGE shower and tub! I am 6’6” and could actually take a bath! I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our week, had some good snow which made it all the better. House was perfect and enjoyed the master suite upstairs, which was spacious and a great bathroom with big tub and double shower. Only non positive comment is while it is ski in/ski out strictly speaking, the out requires taking ski’s off at the bottom of the run and walking about 100’ across the road to the lift. Only this run requires that, the rest are all good once you on the slope. Wasn’t the end of the world.

Nice place. Clean. Nice hot tub. Very convenient as a ski-in and ski-out location. Would stay here again. Wi-Fi runs on DSL so was a bit slow and couldn't handle video conferencing, if you need it to work remotely, but otherwise no major complaints.

We skied out to 4’0clock, down to Snowflake Chair and then accessed the entire mountain. Such a great location and excellent home. Our boys loved the downstairs area and it was great to have the upstairs master as our getaway. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property and great location. The hot tub was a bonus and enjoyed it after long hikes during the day. The weather was perfect. The trees were changing….gorgeous yellow colors everywhere. It was nice having the basics supplied such as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaners and pantry items. Only complaint is that there was holes on the drywall in the lower bedroom and insulation was exposed. They were working on the outside foundation It would have been nice to have the inside wall covered better without seeing the insulation

Mountain Retreat
We stayed 4 nights, end of July 2023. The condo is adjacent to the 4 o’clock ski trail & we used the trail to walk down to town, or up for a hike. The kitchen had everything we needed (we make daily breakfast & at least one dinner when we stay at a VRBO w/family.) The family room has plenty of seating. There is a 1st floor 1/2 bath, washer/dryer, & garage access. 2 parking passes provided. The large deck, 6 chair table w/umbrella, and hot tub were used every day. Downstairs: 2 queen bed rooms (very comfy), a roll away under one bed, & a den/family room with a comfortable couch to sleep on. Each room had an en suite bathroom which was really nice. Upstairs: a master suite w/King bed & a sitting area, walk in closet, & large bathroom. There is a soaking tub and oversized shower with two shower heads. The weather was 80+, & there is no AC in the Master- the only negative for this beautiful unit. The ceiling & other fans helped only a little, there was no air circulation even with all the windows open— way too warm for our liking. By day 3 it cooled & was much better. The main & lower levels were quite chilly at night as the outside temp dropped into the 50s. It’s not the fault of the owners that the weather has changed but an AC unit will be needed for the increasing # of hot days each year. The condo is so great that the hot nights did not merit giving it less than a 5 star rating. We highly recommend staying here. We had a fabulous stay!

A beautiful place to stay
We stayed here for two weeks. It was so clean and comfortable. The property managers were very responsive to all of our needs. The location was ideal with beautiful views and easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. We would stay here again when coming back to Breckenridge!

Stellar property with great renovations
Fantatatic location, very clean, well stocked and easy communication with the management company. The renovations that have been done to this unit make it especially nice. For example the layout of the bathroom cabinetry and the closet built ins are well thought out and make unpacking a breeze. Check in and check out are done off site at a close by location with parking on Main Street in Breck.
