Superb central location with views, amenities, comfort and convenience

Situated just off Main Street, this condo is within walking distance to the base of peak 9 making it an easy walk to the slopes. There's free underground parking here but you really don't need a vehicle when you're based in the heart of the town, just 1/2 a block to all the shops and eateries. Don't feel like walking? Then get cozy in the onsite hot tub, take the free shuttle bus from your doorstep, or just relax with a margarita at the onsite Mexican restaurant, Mi Casa.

In the condo itself you will find a cozy and inviting decor with southwestern tones. The bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of storage, and a great view of Baldy Mountain. The kitchen is open and functional with ample counter space and kitchen supplies. The living room has comfortable seating surrounding a wood fireplace, a sleeper-sofa that can accommodate two more guests, and a wall of windows leading out to the deck. Off of the large private deck you have breathtaking views of both Baldy Mountain and the Breckenridge ski area.

The complex offers underground parking, a hot tub, onsite laundry, ski rentals, Mi Casa Mexican restaurant, as well as access to the blue river and a beautiful pond to take a stroll around. Der Steiermark has everything you are looking for on your Breckenridge vacation, and more!

Ideal location in Breckenridge
Stayed 4 nights at this one bedroom + kitchen property. It had all the items I required. I did not have a car. Was ideally located and and had walked around everywhere. Place was clean and easy to access. The property staff answered my calls immediately, even on a Sunday. Took the Summit Express Shuttle from Denver airport to property. Very convenient. Took the shuttle to Quandary Peak. Quandary Peak Shuttle starting point is a 15 min walk from property

The location was perfect! We were within walking distance to everything! The town is decorated so elegantly and you have dozens of choices when it comes to meals or an adult cocktail.

Great location, nice property
The condo is located above Mi Casa restaurant, the best happy hour and salsas in town. Very convenient to everything, close to the main roads for hiking/biking. The garage was full when I arrived so I had to park behind the restaurant overnight. I did get a next day response from the management company about the situation. The parking slots in the garage is very tight an people insist on parking large trucks in there.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Breckenridge! This unit is 1 block from the Quicksilver chair lift, and super close to the shops and bars! The Mexican Restaurant below is awesome and great for happy hour, and Ollie's food was awesome out the back side of the building. Highly recommend!

Brief pandemic getaway
Nice ski town getaway. Property was clean. No issues with checkin or checkout. Minor issue with a leaky shower head that was promptly replaced. Lighting was a little dim. A lot of road/street noise. Centrally located for hikes and restaurants. Would stay again but might also look for someplace on a side street.

We loved staying on this property that had a great location and easy access to town and lift! The two of us had all the amenities we needed plus a Mexican Restaurant attached!! What more could you ask for?? Great visit!!!

Close to everything-great location. Clean.
Needs updating. Bring your own air mattress for the kids or second couple, the pull out bed is very uncomfortable. Great location and great mountain view from balcony.
