Seehaus - White Swedish house - 4-room - Baltic Sea Swedish houses in Breege-Juliusruh

The Seehaus offers Scandinavian flair with water views and enough space for 6 people. 
 
The house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, the large with bathtub and rain shower - underfloor heating in all rooms, a light-flooded living-dining area with oak flooring, a fireplace and two large garden terraces to the east and south (24sqm). There is a full bookshelf, a flatscreen with Real3D, HiFi system, Bluray player and Internet. The kitchen, which is integrated into the living area, is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher and microwave. The lake house includes a parking space and a storage house.

Welcome to our 6 new apartments in the Baltic Sea Sweden houses in Breege-Juliusruh.   In the range of 35 m² to 78 m² (1 to 3 bedrooms) and occupying up to 7 persons, the apartments for couples, small and large families offer the perfect holiday home in a quiet location in the middle of the wedding mountain of the captains settlement in Breege-Juliusruh.   The harbor on the Breeger Bodden is only 250m away - to the Baltic Sea beach is about 1800 m through the village. The 5 apartments (four house halves) have their own garden with terraces (facing south, west and east) and a barbecue area. All were equipped with the latest standard: underfloor heating, mostly with fireplace (except for Haus Jakobson), flat screens (Seehaus and Friedrichshus also with Real 3D), Wi-Fi, hi-fi and Bluray players, rain showers. Each 1-2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (in Wilhelmshus there is no dishwasher and only a microwave with grill instead of an oven.)  The apartments Petterson, Friedrichshus & Seehaus have three bedrooms on the second floor. There is 1 parking space per apartment. For additional parking please use the public parking of the place.   Abstellhäuser (sheds) are available for all guests. Through the large garden one reaches the sheltered pavilion and the garden house with the sauna (2 EUR / 0,5h Münzeinwurf). There is also the washing machine for all guests.   There is no firewood for the fireplaces on site. In the Altenkirchner net market you will find inexpensive firewood (about 2km distance).

Insgesamt eine helle, moderne und angenehm ausgestattete Ferienwohnung - für das angebotene Preisniveau allerdings zu wenig Komfort im Vergleich mit ähnlichen Objekten, für 6 Personen eher praktisch-funktionell-nett als besonders und komfortabel-gemütlich. Wir hatten für 6 Personen gebucht - vermissten dafür aber einige Küchenutensilien, wie z.B. verschiedene Weingläser und kleine Gläser. Die Reinigung war nicht 100%ig, u.a. auffällige Spinnenweben in Ecken und an der Decke/Lampe. Im großen Bad fehlen für einen angenehmen Wohnkomfort Scheibengardinen/ Plissees o.ä., um am Tage geschützt vor Einblicken zu sein, da das Haus direkt am Fußweg liegt. Alternativ gibt es Jalousien oder Stores, so dass man dann aber am Tage im dunklen Bad steht. Im 2.Schlafzimmer wäre anstelle des einfachen Ständers ausreichend Platz für einen Kleiderschrank analog 1.Schlafzimmer. Auch einige Leseleuchten im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer wären gut.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Lobenswert: Sehr saubere Unterkunft und gepflegter Garten. Alles sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das eine Schlafzimmer könnte größer sein, da es aber nur zum Schlafen genutzt wurde, war das nebensächlich. Kleiner Mangel: Gartenmöbel könnten mal gestrichen werden. Leider hat es GTO nicht geschafft, das Warmwasser in der Küche zu reparieren. Ich hoffe, es wurde am Abreisetag repariert. Ansonsten zu empfehlen.

So sollte jede Unterkunft auf Rügen sein!!! Hier könnte sich so mancher Vermieter eine Scheibe abschneiden! Nicht nur, dass man mit Sekt und Süßigkeiten empfangen wird, die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen!!! Küche = top! Bäder = top! Ein gefülltes Bücherregal, Filme und Musik, einfach alles da! GTO kümmert sich sofort, wenn irgendwas nicht funktioniert, auch hier top!! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!!! Danke!!!

erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung
ausreichend groß, schöne Terrasse 1 Schlafzimmer sehr eng und nur sehr diffuse Beleuchtung. Nur in einem Schlafzimmer Schränke, in den beiden anderen nur Kommoden. Badezimmer sehr geräumig.
