We particularly liked the view of the lake fromthe balcony. We chose the apartment for the location close to the lake and the Seebühne for the festival, and it was a very good choice. You can easily perambulate through the city or along the lake from here. Max was a great host and very responsive. He also gave great recommendations. We loved Bregenz and will be back. If the apartment is available then, we'd gladly book it again.

Nice appartment for the active travelers

Appartement on the 9´th floor. Nice view to the Bodensee. You have to be prepared to go out eating every meal. No possibility to make your own breakfast. We were 3 adults. The oldest is 84 years old. We enjoyed the stay, and had no problems, but this appartement is better for younger persons, who have a higher mobility, You have to walk every time you need anything because of the location.

Lovely little town with lots to do and see. The apartment had the most stunning views over the lake, was perfectly positioned on the middle of everything and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

Fantastic for the price

We were here for the Hypomeeting in götzis. It was very convenient being right next to the train station. They come very regularly. The place was clean. Gave us each a beer on the house and of course free water from his expensive water filter. The king bed was very comfortable. The other twin bed was small but fine, and there was space on the couch to sleep as well. There was a small balcony that looked over the town and Lake Constance. The only small issue was checking in. It was a tad tough to find and get into the building and room, but were able contact him anyway to help. Also allowed us to extend our checkout a few hours. Definitely would recommend for young or visiting folks.

Leider haben wir uns während des Aufenthalts in diesem Zimmer sehr unwohl gefühlt.Wir wurden kurz vor der Anreise informiert, dass der Raum kleiner ausfällt als angegeben. Uns stand nur ein Zimmer mit Bad und Flur zur Verfügung. Die Matratze war abgenutzt und einseitig durchgelegen. Die Bettwäsche war abersauber.In einer Ecke des Zimmers roch es nach Tierurin, aber es ist nur eine Vermutung. Im Flur steht ein kleiner Kühlschrank zur Verfügung. Als Geschirr war eine einzige Tasse da und zwei Weingläser. Kein Besteck. Leerer Kaffeebehälter. Wenn man spät abends anreist, ist das Aufwachen am nächsten Morgen ernüchternd. Leider kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Ebenso kein Tisch innen, nur auf dem Balkon.Im Bad waren leider überall Kalk Flecken und in den Schränken zahlreiche benutzte Kosmetik, das war für uns unangenehm.Man hat das Gefühl als sei man unangekündigt bei Fremden zu Besuch gekommen.Geräuschpegel leider auch sehr laut. Den Verkehr konnte ich trotz Ohrenstöpsel hören. Party abends am Ufer natürlich auch.Die Aussicht ist allerdings sehr schön und man ist direkt in der Innenstadt.

Check- in war persönlich, Gastgeber wohnt nebenan, Parken vor Ort ausnahmsweise möglich .Küche existiert nicht, wie in der Beschreibung auch angegeben. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher, Tassen, diverse Teesorten, Nescafe, einen Kühlschrank mit Wein, Bier , Wodka, Softdrinks und gefiltertem Wasser.

Zentrumsnah, mit toller Aussicht auf den Bodensee

Erst drei Tage vor Ankunft die Adresse zu erfahren ist für manchen Gast (Planung) zu kurz! Dies könnte von Fewo geändert werden! Der Name im Inserat ist NICHT deckungsgleich mit dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Dies kann zu Unsicherheit bzw. zu vermehrten Nachfragen führen! Eine Küchezeile war, wie im Inserat vermerkt, nicht vorhanden! Allerdings stand uns ein Wasserkocher, welcher von uns auch benützt wurde, sowie wasserlöslicher Kaffee und verschiedene Teesorten, zur Verfügung. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort gestaltete die Schlüsselübergabe, sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise, unkompliziert, war freundlich und gab uns wertvolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Da sich die Unterkunft im 9. Stock befindet (Fahrstuhl vorhanden), ist der Blick auf den Bodensee, vom Balkon aus, zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit traumhaft. Zwischen der Unterkunft und der Wohnung des Vermieters gibt es eine abschließbare Verbindungstüre. Obwohl zwischen Mietobjekt und dem Bodensee die Durchgangsstraße und der Bahnverkehr verläuft, konnten wir den Balkon, auch noch nach den Festspielen, um MItternacht genießen und auf der weichen Matratze traumhaft schlafen.

Aussicht vom Balkon und Lage ist top. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter zur Schlüsselübergabe fand erst kurz vor unserer Ankunft statt. Bei der Ausstattung steht Kochgeschirr und Geschirr aber es gibt gar keine Küche (das steht irgendwo klein aber ich fand es in der Ausschreibung nicht). Es gibt nur ein Wasserkocher. Ein Kissen im Bett war feucht und stinkte. Der Vermieter wohnt gleich nebenan in derselben Wohnung mit einer Holztüre getrennt.

Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen, es war das Geld nicht Wert! Die Wohnung hätte viel Potenzial, wenn es sauberer und besser eingerichtet wäre. Es war überall staubig, die Bettwäsche hatte flecken und im Bad waren überall Kalkflecken. Auf der Homepage stand nicht dran, dass es keine Küchenzeile gibt. Besteck, waren exakt ein Löffel und eine Gabel vorhanden. Zum Glück brauchten wir nur etwas zum schlafen. An einigen Stellen hingen Kabel aus den Wänden, der Fernseher stand auf dem Couchtisch und der Kühlschrank war mitten im Wohnzimmer gefühlt.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, super zentral gelegen es ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen und der Ausblick Richtung See ist mega schön. Allerdings hat man auch den Bahnhof direkt im Blick was uns aber nicht störte. Wir waren ebenfalls positiv überrascht über den Kühlschrank.
