"A great hotel if you are traveling through Bad Hersfeld on business or even if you just want to visit the beautiful old city. Within five/eight minute walk of the town’s historic sites. 10-12 minute walk from/to train station. New facilities. Nice staff. Good continental breakfast. "

"No one at reception when we arrived at 8pm but # to call, he came within a few minutes and was very nice. Room was spacious and clean but felt like the 70s, no mini fridge and we weren’t given wifi password. Dinner ends at 9pm with only a buffet on offer, had seen better days by 8:20 we skipped it. Breakfast was adequate, extra charge for parking even though hotel is in the middle of no where, nothing close by. Spa looked okay we didn’t use it and the bar was lively, rooms very quiet and they accept dogs which is a big bonus for us"

"Checked in late, left early. 2 night stay - good sleep. Shower was great, breakfast was vey good. Good sized underground car-park. Very central to get out and about Would happily use again."

"Hotels.com did not provide a reservation number that worked on their system. There was no person working check in so had to ring someone in an office elsewhere to try and check us in. Absolute painfully long and inefficient check in."

"We stayed in the guesthouse, which is separate from the bar / restaurant so it was very quiet. Love the regular old fashioned room key! Delicious dinner but no one spoke any English so we guessed at menu items. "

"The facilities (restaurants, SpA wellness) are really nice. However the heating in my room did not work with 10 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it, the gym was only usable between 10 and 22, however during check-in I was told that I would be able to access it 24/7, "
