"Great Staff at this hotel. Friendly and helpful. Whatever every we needed they were there to help. The room was very small but clean and the bed was comfortable—EZ underground parking. The location was perfect. Just across the street was the stop for most city buses and trolleys. ICE Trains one block away. The center of the city, and the Christmas Market were short 3 blocks away. Plenty of great restaurants also. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in ULM"

The staff that checked us in was friendly and helpful. The room was basic, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were relatively comfortable. It was nice to have the cafe downstairs. The noise is loud downstairs but they close at 11pm, it was all good. "
