We have stayed at the holiday inn lots of times before, Brentwood was up to the normal standard, breakfast the first morning was cold so we asked the friendly staff you microwave it for us, the 2nd morning was lovely, the coffee was not as good as normal, quite bitter, plenty of choice of other drinks though, you can ask for omelette or pancakes which are freshly cooked for you which is really nice, great hotel, very pleased

It's ok, but instantly forgettable
4 night stay for business, chosen due to its proximity with client offices. Overall a little tired in general appearance, however staff were mostly friendly and helpful, room was clean if a little lacking in personality, parking was readily available and food was perfectly acceptable. Overall I would say it did nothing badly, did most things average to well, but did nothing to a level that made it stand out or would encourage you to choose it over an alternative if back in the area.

Nice stay overall, bit surprised by the parking charges as were not charged previous stays. I have a good suggestion, other hotels have signs outside the lifts and in the hallways saying that after 9pm the hallways become a quiet zone. It's a very good idea as I had to put up with noisy drunk people I the room next to me waking me up at 2am.

Great Stay!
Really lovely hotel, would 100% stay again. Great location, really close to Old MacDonald’s farm and just off M25. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. Rooms great for families. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Even got a little welcome gift bag for the kids which they loved and a free drink or desert voucher!
